TORque Box 2 Install:

install Gland plug in spare Gland orifice

install and route all wiring out of crush and pinch points between battery and box.

CBXR/JWXR/CBCSO: 
Use 2mm - 2.5mm spacer to support battery (IMPORTANT!!)

6 sheets of a4 folded in half twice is about 2.5mm

For all other packs, use of spacer will vary between configuration and manufacturers, use according spacer

Lid install: 5 long screws go into tire side

5 short screws go into headlight side

make sure screws are straight in plate put all screws into lid plates loose then tighten all down

Don’t forget the vent!!

2 vents are included with each box.

Check your assembled box for leaks, and install a vent over the hole.

To install on rails:

Sandwich the two side plates between the TORquebox and rail  then install screws accordingly

(DO NOT USE LOCTITE in / on the box. It will cause the plastic to damage or crack.)
